Het verhaal
Na jaren in het Shopify- en e-commerce-ecosysteem te hebben gewerkt, ervoer ik dezelfde frustratie als veel shoppers: online kleding kopen voelde altijd als een gok. Past het wel? Staat het me wel goed?
Toen ik zag hoe modemerken worstelden met hoge retourpercentages en twijfelende klanten, werd de oplossing duidelijk: laat mensen zien hoe kleding ze daadwerkelijk staat voordat ze het kopen. In 2025, toen AI dit mogelijk maakte, werd Genlook geboren.
