Retail & Site Integration gives each product a standalone try-on link, plus a printable QR code. The link opens a minimal, mobile-first try-on page hosted on genlook.app, so it works anywhere, with no storefront and no Shopify session required. Use it for:
  • In-store retail: print the QR code on tags, signage, or fitting-room displays. Shoppers scan it and try the garment on virtually before queueing for a fitting room.
  • Email, social, and external sites: drop the direct link into campaigns or partner sites for a one-tap try-on with zero navigation friction.

Set it up

1

Enable the feature

In the Genlook app, open Settings, scroll to Retail & Site Integration, and check Enable Retail & Site Integration. The feature is active immediately.
2

Add products

Open Manage and switch to the Retail tab. Click Add products and pick the products you want links for. Genlook creates a unique try-on link for each one.
3

Copy links and print QR codes

Each product in the Retail tab shows its link with two actions:
  • Copy puts the standalone URL on your clipboard for digital campaigns.
  • QR opens the product’s QR code, ready to download as an image and print on tags, signage, or displays.

What shoppers see

Scanning the QR code (or tapping the link) opens a clean try-on page for that product:
  1. They take a photo or upload one from their gallery.
  2. The AI generates the try-on, typically in 10 to 20 seconds.
  3. They see the result, can save it to their device, and can tap through to the product on your storefront to buy.
The page shows your store name and the product title, and stays deliberately minimal so it loads fast on store Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Try-ons from retail links draw from the same monthly generation cap and billing plan as try-ons from your storefront widget.
All existing retail links and QR codes stop working; visitors see a link-disabled message. Re-enabling the feature restores every existing link, so printed QR codes become valid again.
Not currently. The page is intentionally minimal to keep the in-store mobile experience fast. It displays your store name and the product title automatically.
