計費方式為何？
免費方案每月包含 10 次試穿額度。付費方案則提供更多的每月試穿額度。您可以在 Genlook 儀表板中管理您的方案。
顧客的照片會儲存在哪裡？
存放在 Genlook 的伺服器中，絕對不會存入您的 WordPress 資料庫。照片皆經過加密處理，保留 7 天後將自動刪除，且絕不用於訓練 AI 模型。
我需要準備 3D 模型或重新拍攝產品照片嗎？
不需要。Genlook 直接使用您現有型錄中的產品照片即可運作。
顧客需要安裝任何應用程式嗎？
不用。試穿功能直接在產品頁面上開啟。顧客只需上傳照片或使用相機拍照即可，無需安裝 App 或註冊帳號。
