Genlook uses advanced AI technology to generate realistic virtual try-on images. Customers simply upload a photo of themselves, and our AI creates a new image showing how the garment would look on their body. The entire process takes just a few seconds.

Is there a free plan?↓

Yes! Our Free plan includes 100 base generations and 5 monthly generations to keep testing. When you need more volume, choose a paid plan that fits your needs (Starter, Growth, or Pro), and only pay for additional usage beyond your monthly allocation. Pro lets you remove Genlook branding.

How long does it take to set up?↓

Installation takes just a few minutes. Install Genlook from the Shopify App Store, configure which products or collections you want to enable it for, and the virtual try-on button will automatically appear on your product pages. No coding or theme modifications required.

What types of clothing work best?↓

Genlook supports all types of clothing, but currently works best with upper body garments (tops, shirts, jackets) and dresses. We recommend using clear product images on a plain background for the best results.

Is customer data secure and private?↓

Absolutely. Customer photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are used exclusively to generate the virtual try-on image and are automatically deleted after 7 days. We never use customer photos to train AI models or for any other purpose. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I customize the widget appearance?↓

The widget is designed to match your store's theme automatically. Premium plan users can remove the Genlook branding for a fully white-label experience. If you need additional customization options, contact our support team. We're always happy to help.

Can I select which product image is used for the try-on?↓

Yes! You can choose which product image to use for the virtual try-on. This is especially useful when you have multiple product photos showing different angles or styles (like a jacket open or closed). Simply select your preferred image from your product gallery in the Genlook dashboard.

What languages does the widget support?↓

Genlook supports multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, and Chinese. The widget automatically detects your store's language settings and displays in the appropriate language. If you need support for additional languages, please contact our support team.

Can customers take a photo directly instead of uploading one?↓

Absolutely! Customers can either upload an existing photo or use the "Take a photo" option to capture a new image directly from their device camera. This makes the try-on process even more convenient and accessible, especially on mobile devices.
