How and when do I get paid?
Once your balance reaches $50, request a payout from your partner dashboard. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer within the month. Earnings update daily as your referred stores pay their subscriptions.
Does it really cost nothing?
Nothing. No signup fee, no monthly charge, no minimum referral quota.
Which stores count?
Shopify stores that install Genlook from your link and go on to pay for a plan. Commission is based on what the store actually pays, after Shopify's fees, for 12 months from the install.
Do you provide marketing assets?
Yes. Email partnerships@genlook.app for logos, product screenshots and demo videos, and we are happy to make custom material for bigger pushes.
Can I use my link on stores I own or manage?
Yes. If you run multiple stores or manage them for clients, your link works. Obvious self-referral schemes get reviewed, honest use does not.
How does tracking work?
Share your link to our Shopify App Store listing, or to genlook.app if you would rather send people to the website first. A store that installs within 30 days of opening your link is credited to you. If one slips through, claim it from your dashboard and we review it by hand.
