02 · The problem with dresses

“Will it flatter me?” kills more checkouts than price.

A dress is bought on silhouette, not specs. Flat product photos can't answer the only question that matters, so shoppers hesitate, and hesitation abandons carts.

· Dresses are returned more than any other category, mostly for fit and look

· Drape and hemline can't be judged from a model who isn't them

· Genlook answers on their body, before the doubt wins

03 · Every dress style

From slip to gown, the cut survives.

A wrap dress isn't a bodycon isn't an A-line. The engine keeps the silhouette honest.

04 · What the engine gets right

Dresses are hard. That's the point.

Length stays honest

A maxi hits the ankle, a mini stays a mini, on her height, not the model's.

Fabric behaves like fabric

Satin keeps its sheen and fall, chiffon floats, structured cotton holds the silhouette.

Prints don't smear

Florals, stripes and patterns wrap the body without melting. Zoom in on the detail.

Fit signals where it matters

Waistline, neckline and straps sit where they'll actually sit, the details that decide a dress purchase.

05 · Where dress brands use it

Not just the product page.

Product pages

The "See it on you" button next to add-to-cart, where the fit doubt actually happens, at the moment of decision.

Occasion collections

Wedding-guest and party-season pages are high-intent, high-doubt traffic. One try-on turns "maybe" into a cart before she opens a competitor's tab.

Winback emails

She tried the dress and left? The generated look lands in her inbox via Klaviyo, herself, in the dress she almost bought.

06 · In depth

Why dresses are the hardest category to sell flat.

Dresses are returned more than any other apparel category. Benchmarks put the online rate at 33 to 38%, and 43% of shoppers who return clothing point to fit. Most of that isn't a sizing error: a dress is judged on silhouette, and a flat photo of someone else can't show silhouette on the body that matters.

Showing the dress on the shopper's own photo answers the visual half of that doubt before checkout. It doesn't measure anything, so a clear size chart still does the other half. To see how the render holds up on real garments, the live demo runs on a live catalog, and the ROI calculator puts numbers on your own traffic.

07 · Dresses, specifically

Asked by dress brands.

Do maxi, midi and formal dresses all work?

Yes, every length and cut. Dresses are one of our strongest categories: the engine preserves hemline, waistline and how the fabric falls.

Does the drape look real, or painted on?

The garment is re-rendered on the shopper's pose. Satin flows, knits sit, structured fabrics hold their shape. Judge it yourself in the live demo.

What product photos do I need?

The ones you already have, packshot or on-model. Clear images on a plain background give the best results.

Does it help with sizing?

Try-on shows the style, fit, and proportion of the dress on the shopper's body. It is not a measurement tool, so pair it with a clear size chart for the final size pick.

Are shoppers' photos private?

Yes. Photos are encrypted, never used to train models, and deleted automatically after 7 days. GDPR compliant by default.

What does it cost?

The free plan includes 100 generations, enough to test it on your bestsellers. Paid plans scale with monthly volume, and shoppers who only browse cost you nothing.
